For new graduates, whether interested in recruitment or sales roles, it is vital that candidates are ambitious, tenacious, articulate, hard working and well presented. An understanding of the relevant sector is important, but a clear ability to learn and very strong interpersonal skills are vital.
For seasoned recruiters we look for a proven track record of billings, an intimate market knowledge, extensive existing networks and a good understanding of business development. Other specialist skills, such as second languages, can also be beneficial.
